Deveplan-Kehitys Oy is a Finnish private management consulting company established 1982. Our special expertise covers several lines of activities: health care and social welfare, SME’s, tourism and regional planning. Our consulting assignments range management consulting of SME companies, management of international projects, consulting and training in EU funding and tendering procedures, international feasibility studies and development of ISP-technologies. During recent years we have concentrated particularly on tendering and managing of EU Phare and Tacis projects in several CEEC and NIS countries. Our East European experience covers among others Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Romania and Republic of Karelia in Russia. Our customers constitute of SME companies, health care and social welfare institutions, municipalities, associations of municipalities, EU commission departments and international consulting companies.

Deveplan’s turnover in 1999 was 1,8 million FIM (about 300,000 EUR). The staff consists of 4 full-time professionals. Moreover to this we have established a network of numerous partners and high level professionals in Finland, the Netherlands, France, Belgium, the Baltic countries, Romania, Ukraine and the Republic of Karelia. Deveplan is a member of Association of Management Consultants Finland.
